1. Separate the egg white and yolk

13. Tear off the wax paper and the polka dots will not look so obvious. Next time, either add more green tea powder or use other brightly colored polka dots.

14. Place baking paper on the baking tray and put the cake on it.

15. Spread jam.

16. Gently lift the wax paper and roll it up.

17. Refrigerate for half an hour before cutting into pieces.
