How to make Demoli stewed fish cakes

1. Clean the carp and cut it into pieces

2. Slice the cabbage, cut the tofu into small pieces, boil the vermicelli until half done, rinse with cold water and set aside

3. Cool the vermicelli and drain the water

4. Cut the seasonings and place on a plate for later use

5. Boil the cornmeal, dissolve a little yeast powder in warm water, add a little sugar and cooked cornmeal to make dough

6. Put oil in a large hot pot and fry the fish. When both sides are slightly browned, add ginger, garlic, star anise, and onion. After the aroma comes out, add braised soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and water to cover the fish. Add tofu cubes and wolfberry, and then add three and a half teaspoons of salt and an appropriate amount of MSG. 7. Cover the lid and simmer on medium heat for ten minutes, then add dried red pepper segments, half-cooked vermicelli, cabbage, and coriander. Cover and simmer for another fifteen minutes.

9. Serve
