1. Prepare flour, warm water and make a dough of moderate hardness

15. Fold everything in place, making the folds narrower and narrower, so that they come out prettier. This is one of the simplest ways to make dumplings.

16. After wrapping everything, add water to the pot, place the dumplings evenly on the steamer, steam for 18 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes

17. After steaming, place on a plate and serve with dumpling vinegar ~ Let’s eat!
