How to make homemade spicy red oil hot pot

6.1 Then add the onion, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, cardamom, and fermented black beans again, stir-fry until fragrant, and the soup base ingredients are ready.

7.2 Stir-fry until red oil comes out, filter out the residue and leave only the red oil.

8. Add appropriate amount of hot water to the hot pot base and bring it to a boil. Then transfer it to the induction cooker and you can start cooking.

9. Soaked wide noodles.

10. Enoki mushrooms, bean curd skin, firm tofu, Japanese tofu, potato chips, coriander, green vegetables, baby cabbage.

11. Various meatballs and oyster mushrooms from Haibawang.

12. Add the vegetables, bring to a boil, and start eating!
