How to make classic egg tarts

Although you don't have to wash vegetables, cook, or wash dishes when eating out, the food in restaurants outside is not necessarily sourced from regular sources and sometimes you might end up eating something wrong. For the sake of your health, it is better to cook at home. The classic egg tart recipe is easy and you can master it with a little thought.

1. Take out the egg tart crust in advance to thaw and prepare other ingredients.

2. Weigh the milk, cream and sugar and mix them together. Heat until slightly boiling and then remove from heat to cool.

3. Slowly pour the egg yolk into the evaporated milk in three batches and mix well.

4. Add low flour and mix well. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

5. Filter the liquid.

6. Use a spoon to add the liquid to the egg tart crust, filling it 80% to 90% full.

7. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
