Simple sushi recipe

When the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, the gastrointestinal tract becomes very picky, and a good dish is essential. Learning to make a simple version of sushi is a must-have trick for every good mother. Remember to add a small amount of ginger and garlic during the cooking process. Friends who don’t like peppers should not add it, otherwise it will affect the taste.

1. Wash all the vegetables, dry them and cut them into thick strips

2. Make your own sushi vinegar! Just mix appropriate amount of white vinegar and sugar! I didn’t have any white vinegar, so I used rice vinegar instead, and it tasted just as good!

3. Pour the prepared vinegar into the rice, and the rice grains will separate!

4. Spread the rolling mat, put a piece of nori, use a small spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of rice and spread it evenly, leaving one centimeter at one end of the nori without rice, otherwise the rice will squeeze out when rolling. Place the cut ingredients on the other end of the rolling curtain, one at a time, pull up the rolling curtain, roll up the nori, and turn it a few times in your hands to make it tighter.

5. After rolling, you can cut it. Cut off the irregular ends and cut it evenly. You can enjoy it.

6. It is delicious and simple, and the ingredients can be added according to what you have at hand.
