Bring water to a boil in another pot, add the udon noodles and cook until 70% cooked. Then add oil and pepper and stir-fry the udon noodles. Serve when cooked. (Those who don’t like fried noodles can just cook the noodles directly) 9. Cut the carrots into shreds and blanch them together with the broccoli in boiling water. Put them into the udon noodle plate and pour the hot fried sauce on them. The delicious homemade fried noodles are ready.
