How to make sushi sashimi

1. Prepare the ingredients: salmon sashimi, smoked chicken breast, egg skin, cucumber, (carrots (steam for five minutes) and marinate the cucumber and carrots in vinegar for about 10 minutes

2. After the rice is steamed, let it sit for about ten minutes, then add salt, sugar, and vinegar and stir. The ratio is 1:2:7.

3. Sushi nori is about 19 cm wide and 20.5 cm long. Most of them are this size. And nori has a front and back side, the smooth side faces down and the rough side faces up.

4. Put on gloves and apply oil on them so that they don’t stick to the gloves. Then take a handful of rice and flatten it. Add the vegetables you want to add.

5. Leave about 4 cm after wrapping, apply some cold water and spread evenly, then it will stick.

6. Cut the salmon into even pieces of 3 mm. The rice should be the size of a handful (about the size of a bite), squeeze it firmly, and then put the salmon slices on top to shape it. Tie it up with seaweed strips. Seafood is not easy to preserve. It is recommended to cook and eat it on the same day. Others should not be kept for more than 48 hours. When storing, it should be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated.
