Spicy Crisp Cookies

Spicy crispy pancakes are a common home-cooked dish, and it is very easy to make. No frying is required, just simple stir-frying will make a delicious dish. The meal would be even more delicious if served with a soup.

1. Prepare the ingredients: flour, spicy powder, white sesame seeds, and oil. (I put the salt directly into the flour)

2. Pour cold water into the flour, stir it with chopsticks until it becomes floc-like, then knead it into dough and put it in a bowl to let it rest for half an hour.

3. After half an hour, knead the dough until it is smooth.

4. Roll the dough into long strips.

5. Use a knife to cut the shepherd's purse into equal sizes.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll the cut dough into round pancakes.

7. Brush a little oil on each round cake.

8. Apply a little spicy powder and brush it evenly with a brush.

9. Place the second pancake on top of the first one.

10. Place the third pancake on top of the second one.

11. Place the reverse side of the fourth pancake on top of the third pancake.

12. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into spicy thin crispy pancakes.

13. Spread sesame seeds on the spicy crispy cake base for two years, and then press the sesame seeds firmly with your hands.

14. Preheat the electric pancake machine, put the spicy crackers into the electric pancake machine, and brush some oil on them to fry.

15. After one side is cooked, turn it over to the other side and fry until both sides are golden brown.
