Garlic-flavored pumpkin recipe

1. Raw materials! No need to add any soy sauce, sugar or the like~ A section of old pumpkin (preferably dark in color and with a strong pumpkin aroma), flatten and chop the garlic, and chop the green onion.

2.12 Pour a little oil into the wok and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant. (To prevent the garlic from turning brown, turn off the heat and remove the pumpkin after frying.)
