16. After folding, roll it open, and fold it again. Repeat this process three times until it is similar in size to the baking pan.

17. Place on the baking tray for secondary fermentation. If the weather is cold, try to put it in a warm place for the second rise.

18. After the second batch, brush with egg wash.

19. Sprinkle white sesame seeds evenly.

20. Make several vertical cuts and one horizontal cut. Preheat oven to 180°C for 5 minutes. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Bake on the middle rack.

21. When the time is up, the crispy and fragrant pancakes come out of the oven.
