How to make oyster pancake

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually wrong. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of making oyster pancakes is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Add 2 spoons of cornstarch and 2 spoons of salt to the oysters and mix well.

2. Gently rinse the mucus on the surface with water.

3. Add ginger and green onion to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add oysters and blanch for 10 seconds. Remove immediately.

4. Drain the water and then dry it with kitchen paper. Add pepper, salt and sugar and mix gently to taste.

5. Put sweet potato starch and flour in a bowl, add water and appropriate amount of salt

6. Mix well until there are no powder particles

7. Add eggs and mix well

8. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg batter

9. When the bottom of the batter has solidified and the surface is flowing, add the oysters evenly.

10. Fry the pancake until golden brown and sprinkle with coriander

11. (This step is very important. If you are not careful, it will flip over and fall apart.) Carefully scoop up the omelet and catch it on a plate. Then turn the omelet upside down in the pan with the bottom facing up.

12. Fry the oysters until golden brown and serve on a plate.

13. Let’s enjoy our meal.
