Egg and ham sandwich

Ingredients: 2 slices of sliced ​​toast, 1 egg, appropriate amount of ham, a little lettuce

Method 1. Prepare 2 slices of toast, wash and dry the lettuce leaves, and slice the ham for later use;

2. Pour oil into the pan, crack an egg into the pan when the oil is hot, sprinkle with seasoning, and fry until cooked;

Ingredients: 0.5 onion, 0.5 ham sausage, 1 egg, 0.1 catties flour, baking powder and salt

Method: 1. Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into strips horizontally, and slice the ham.

2. Add eggs, baking powder and salt to the flour, slowly add cold water to make a batter, then add onion shreds and ham slices and mix well.

3. Pour a little oil into the pancake pan, use a small spoon to spread the batter into small pancakes about 10 cm in size, turn them over when they are slightly yellow and fry again until both sides are yellow.

Tips: Don't add too much baking soda (also called baking soda, alkaline flour?), otherwise the alkaline taste will be too strong. Just dip the tip of the chopsticks in it for a little bit. Baking soda reacts chemically with oil and heat, which will make the fried food fluffy and crispy. If you don't have it, you can leave it out.
