How to make meat floss pancakes

Meat floss pancake is a healthy and green dish. Different from various street snacks, the ingredients required are all non-toxic and pollution-free green food, and it also has the function of enhancing people's immunity. 1. Prepare flour, meat floss and baking powder

2. Mix the baking powder with warm water

3. Pour an appropriate amount of flour into the basin, add baking powder water and stir evenly.

4. Knead until the dough is no longer sticky

5. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for half an hour

6. After the dough has risen, it is much larger and empty inside.

13. Fry for 5 minutes and turn over

14. Fry for 3 minutes before serving
