How to make fish-flavored eggplant noodles

As people's living standards improve, they begin to pay attention to health care. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. Health preservation is not about taking health care medicine, or spending money on maintenance. Well, now I will introduce how to cook the dish of Fish-flavored Eggplant Noodles.

1. Eggplant. I only used one eggplant because people in my family don’t eat much at night.

2. I put the eggplant directly in the microwave, on medium heat for two minutes and on low heat for one minute to squeeze out the water. I personally think the time can be longer, until the eggplant strips are soft.

3. Add one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, one spoon of water starch, and half of the prepared minced garlic and ginger. You can add a little more water to cover the noodles. It tastes better when there is some juice. And a spoonful of Pixian fermented bean paste.

4. Add chopped garlic and ginger into hot oil and sauté until fragrant. Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

5. Add the eggplant and stir-fry until cooked.

6. Pour in the previously prepared sauce, stir-fry and serve.

7. It’s still quite delicious. I cut some cucumber shreds and put them together. My ability is limited, so the arrangement is not very good-looking, please forgive me.

Although the method of making fish-flavored eggplant noodles is very simple, it is also the result of my sweat and crystallization. I believe that you are different and can definitely create different delicacies.
