How to cook braised pork with dried beans

Chinese people have always been particular about food, and whether the quality of food is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook by themselves. In fact, the method of braised pork with dried beans is easy. It only takes a little time to complete. You may as well give it a try.

1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into pieces of appropriate size. Soak the dried beans in warm water in advance.

2. Add water to the pot, put the pork belly in the cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove the pork belly and rinse with cold water to drain.

3. Chop the ginger and green onion and set aside.

4. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until it is evenly coated with sugar color.

5. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, then turn to low heat. Add rock sugar and stir-fry with a spatula until the rock sugar is completely melted.

6. Turn to high heat and add ginger slices and scallion segments and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir well, then add water to cover the pork belly, add star anise and simmer until it boils.

8. Add the dried beans and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat.

9. Stew for about half an hour. When the soup is less than the ingredients, add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

10. Pour the ingredients into the pressure cooker and press the meat button for 15 minutes.

11. When the time is up, wait for the pressure in the pressure cooker to release before taking out the pot.

12. Pour into container.

It's nice to go to a restaurant occasionally to change your taste, but it's best not to go there too often. The recipe of braised pork with dried beans is simple, so it doesn't matter if you're not a good cook.
