1. Prepare the ingredients for custard sauce.

6. Sieve the evenly mixed egg and milk mixture back into the milk pan and heat over medium heat.

7. Use a whisk to stir continuously until the batter is thick, turn off the heat, and stir quickly with a whisk until the batter is smooth.

8. Add butter and vanilla extract, use the residual heat to melt the butter and stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

9. Prepare the puff batter ingredients.

10. Put milk, water, butter, sugar and salt into a milk pan and heat them. Turn off the heat after the butter melts and boils.

11. Sift the low flour into the pot and stir evenly with a whisk.

12. Turn on the heat again, stir until the batter becomes thick, then turn off the heat and pour into a bowl.

13. Add the beaten egg liquid in 4 to 5 batches while it is still hot. PS: Add egg liquid according to the condition of the batter and don’t have to use up all of it.

14. It is done when you scoop up the batter with a rubber spatula and it falls in an inverted triangle shape.

15. Find a cup, put the piping tape on it, and pour the batter into it.

16. Use a 1cm round opening to squeeze onto the baking tray.

17.Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

18. Let the puffs cool and cut in half.

19. Use piping tape to decorate the custard sauce.

20. Squeeze vanilla custard sauce into the puffs and cover them.

21. Done.
