7. Bake at 60 degrees for about 15 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can use a microwave or a bread machine. You can also use an oven.

8. The shrimp has been dried and has shrunk by half

9. Put the shrimps in a meat grinder and start grinding. You will find that the shrimps become meat floss.

10. Finally, sprinkle some salt and blend it for a while. Stir it more with chopsticks in the middle to prevent any fish from slipping through the net.

11. Put the meat floss in a sealed fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it for a few days.
