How to make colorful vegetable stewed rice

1. Wash and drain the peas.

3. Add a little cooking wine, a little five-spice powder, salt and starch to the minced pork and mix well

4. Add a small spoonful of salt to boiling water, pour in the peas and blanch for three minutes, then remove and drain.

5. Blanch the carrots, boil the water again for 30 seconds and remove them

6. Heat the pan, add oil and sauté ginger and garlic.

7. Add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then add a little soy sauce and stir well

8. Add peas and stir fry evenly

9. Add carrots and stir-fry evenly

10. Add onion and stir-fry evenly

11. Add salt and stir well, simmer in a small bowl of water for three minutes

12. Pour the leftover rice into the rice cooker and stir it

13. Pour the vegetables, meat and soup in the pot into the rice and mix well. If there is too little water, add half a bowl of water. Press the cooking button and simmer until the circuit breaker trips. Press the cooking button again and the circuit breaker trips again.

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.

15. Serve and enjoy
