How to make carrot, black fungus and fresh meat wontons

13. Fold in half and pinch the edges.

14. Pinch the two lower corners together.

15. After pinching, the Yuanbao wonton is wrapped.

16. Wrap the wontons in this way.

17. To cook wontons: Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then put the wontons in. Use a spatula to insert the bottom and gently turn them up to prevent the wontons from sticking.

18. Take a large bowl and add appropriate amounts of seaweed, dried shrimp, chopped green onion, light soy sauce, sesame oil, a little salt, chicken essence, aged vinegar and chili oil.

19. Pour an appropriate amount of wonton soup into the bowl and mix well.

20. When all the wontons in the pot float up and the wonton wrappers become transparent, they are basically cooked. Put the wontons into a bowl.

21. Mix well and sprinkle with appropriate amount of coriander.
