2. Sweet potato snacks

Ingredients: 100g sweet potato, 50g cauliflower, 1.5 bowls of boiling water, 1 tsp cornstarch

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets for later use. Bring water to a boil, add cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes. Add sweet potato puree and continue cooking for 30 seconds before turning off the heat. Add 20c.c. of cornstarch. Mix water and add into the soup until it becomes a paste.

8. French fries

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them and soak them in clean water for 1-2 minutes, then cut them into small fries, blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, drain them and fry them in a pan for about 1 minute. When the fries are fully fried, pick them up and drain them. After cooling to room temperature, immediately freeze them in the refrigerator. After freezing, you will get quick-frozen fried fries, which are crispy, tender, refreshing and fragrant.

9. Sweet potato and egg rice

Rice, 250 grams of sweet potatoes, 4 eggs, appropriate amounts of vegetarian salt and vegetable oil. Put the rice into the pot first, add appropriate amount of water to boil, then simmer over low heat, then beat the eggs into the pot, add a little salt, pour into the hot oil pan and stir-fry until it becomes pieces, then mix the stewed sweet potato rice evenly and it is ready to eat.

10. Baked sweet potatoes
