How to cook pepper pork ribs

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Chop the garlic and cut the green and red peppers into small pieces.

3. Marinate the ribs with cornstarch, minced garlic, oil, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine for 30 minutes.

4. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and water and pour it into the marinated ribs. (This step is the key to making the ribs tender)

5. Steam the ribs in the rice cooker. (I cooked rice at the bottom and steamed pork ribs at the top)

6. Steamed spareribs.

7. Add minced garlic and bell pepper into a pan with oil and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a little salt.

8. Pour in the steamed pork ribs, stir-fry for 5 minutes, and turn off the heat.

9. Serve and enjoy!
