How to make small steamed buns with fermented rice wine

1. Mix the fermented glutinous rice and flour, then knead the dough. The dough with the fermented glutinous rice will be very sticky, so prepare a little hand powder. 2. Knead the dough again to release the air, roll it into a ball, and leave it for 20 minutes. When the volume continues to expand to twice its original size (as shown on the left), start steaming it in cold water. Steam it for another 15-20 minutes after the water boils. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes to get the expanded flower buns.
