1. Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water for 20 minutes.

2. Use a large bowl to soak the required rice, red rice, and glutinous rice in boiling water in advance for at least half an hour. (The amount of rice can be determined according to the number of people in the family)

3. Wash the millet, drain the water and set aside!

4. Prepare the seasoning in a small container in advance, two spoons of dark soy sauce, three spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce. If you like the ribs to be tender, you can add some cornstarch.
