1. First, add all the ingredients except cooking oil to the flour and knead into dough. Then slowly knead 15 grams of cooking oil into the dough until smooth.

2. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it is more than twice as large and takes on a honeycomb shape (I knead the dough at night and make it the next morning. It ferments at room temperature in winter and in the refrigerator in summer).

3. Knead the fermented dough again until it is smooth and divide it into small, even doughs.

4. Take a small piece of dough, put some oil on your hands and press it into a round pancake. Then press some white sesame seeds on it and it will be fragrant.

5. Use a spatula to make two slits in the middle of the dough as shown.

6. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan and heat it to about 60% to 70%. Put the pancakes in and fry them on low heat. After frying one side, turn it over and fry the other side.

7. Fry until both sides are golden brown and then remove from the pan and drain the oil.

8. The fried pancakes are crispy on the outside and soft and fragrant on the inside, very delicious!
