How to cook eggplant in the oven

Therefore, even if you are busy at work, it is best to cook at home. The method of cooking eggplant in the oven is simple and will not take up too much of the cook's time.

1. 1 eggplant, appropriate amount of garlic, 1 green onion, and a little chili pepper.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°. Wash the eggplant and cut it in half. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place the eggplants matte side up.

3. Brush a layer of oil evenly on the surface of the eggplant.

5. Place the eggplant in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 180° for 20 minutes. The main purpose of this process is to soften the eggplant first.

6. Take appropriate amounts of oil, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and pepper to make a sauce and set aside.

7. Cut the green onions into chopped green onions, minced garlic, and shredded chili peppers.

8. After the eggplant is baked, take it out, peel off the tin foil, and cut it with a knife.

9. Brush the prepared sauce evenly on top.
