How to make eggs more tender

Eggs are one of the most familiar foods in people’s lives, and there are probably many ways to cook eggs. We often eat boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and fried eggs. Fried eggs should be a delicious way for people to make them according to their own taste. Frying eggs requires a good method to make them more tender. So how do you fry eggs to make them more tender?

Fried eggs seem to be very simple to make, but many people either have them stick to the pan or they are not soft enough. In fact, it is very easy to make soft, delicious and non-stick fried eggs. You might as well try my fried egg method.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, appropriate amounts of salt and white wine.

Preparation: After cracking the eggs into a bowl, add a little white wine and appropriate amount of salt, then use chopsticks to beat them into a uniform egg liquid for later use.

1. Heat the pan and pour in a proper amount of oil. After a while, pour it out when the oil is hot, then pour in a proper amount of oil and continue to heat it until it is hot.

2. Pour the egg liquid into the frying pan. Wait for a while until you feel the bottom of the egg liquid has been set. Use a spatula to slowly scrape around to separate the egg from the pan, then turn it over and fry the other side.

Tips to share:

1. Adding a little white wine to the egg liquid can make the fried eggs soft, tender and delicious. On the one hand, the white wine can remove the fishy smell of the eggs, and on the other hand, it will turn into gas when heated, thus forming many dense small holes in the eggs.

2. Pour the oil into the pan after it is hot, then pour it out and then pour in an appropriate amount of oil. This is mainly to prevent the egg liquid from sticking to the pan. I can’t explain the specific reason, but as long as you do this, it will not stick to the pan easily.

3. Wait until the egg liquid is set on the bottom before turning it over to prevent the egg from breaking.
