How to make braised pork buns

The method of making braised pork buns is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Take out a piece of braised pork belly.

2. Cut into small dices, then cut the soaked mushrooms into dices, and prepare some green onions and ginger.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the stir-fried yellow sauce.

4. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 60% hot.

5. Add yellow bean paste and stir-fry.

6. Add green onions and ginger and stir-fry.

7. After the aroma comes out, add the braised meat and diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

8. Stir-fry until about 80% cooked.

9. Add appropriate amount of seasoning and stir-fry for a few times.

10. Roll the fermented dough into long strips.

11. Cut into pieces of equal size.

12. The rod is made into a round skin.

13. Wrap the filling in and let it rest for ten minutes.

14. Boil the water in the pot, steam it over high heat for ten minutes, then simmer for two to three minutes before serving.
