How to make pressed bean noodles (for two people)

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. The method of pressing bean noodles (for two people) is very easy. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making it by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Prepare the ingredients for soup (braised dish) as required.

2. Stewed pork (braised pork) can be made by referring to my other recipe "Braised Pork". This can be made ahead of time and can be taken out of the refrigerator when you want to eat it.

3. Soak dried daylily in warm water for 5 minutes.

4. After soaking the daylily, tear it into shreds in the middle.

5. Wash and soak the kelp shreds.

6. Cut the cabbage and green pepper into shreds. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

7. First mix the flour and bean flour together and stir with cold water.

8. There is basically no dry flour. Knead it into a soft dough with your hands and add sugar for 10 minutes.

9. Put two small bowls of water in the pot. Turn on the fire, put the braised pork into the pot and bring the water to a boil.

10. Put all the shredded vegetables into the pot, add salt, pepper powder, star anise powder, garlic powder and ginger slices and cook for about ten minutes.

11. Add raw onions and chopped garlic before serving the soup. Turn off the heat and pour into a container to finish.

12. Use another pot and put half a pot of water in it, ready to boil for cooking the noodles.

13. Wait for the water to boil, pinch the kneaded dough into a cylindrical shape and put it into the dough press.

14. Hold the dough press vertically and use your other hand to twist the dough press hard to press the dough directly into the pot. Do it quickly, otherwise the pressed dough will stick together. After pressing a piece of dough, use chopsticks to pull the noodles apart to prevent them from sticking to each other. Quickly unscrew the dough press and put in another piece of dough. Keep squeezing. Because the bean noodles are relatively stiff after being put into the pot, you need to cook them for a while longer. When the noodles are soft and no longer stiff, they can be served.

15. Put the noodles into a bowl, fill at least half the bowl, don’t make it too full.

16. Pour the cooked soup into a bowl. Just press the bean flour and you can start eating.
