How to make chicken curry

Curry chicken nuggets is a dish that many people like. You don’t need to prepare too many ingredients when making this dish. Simple ingredients can create an extraordinary delicacy. 1. Prepare the seasoning (forgot to take a picture of the bay leaves)

2. Wash the chicken legs and cut them into large pieces.

3. Add pepper and salt and marinate for 15 minutes

4. Heat the oil in a cold pan until it is 80% hot.

5. Add the marinated chicken and fry slowly over medium heat.

7. Fry until golden brown.

8. Fry the other side until golden brown.

9. When the chicken thighs are slightly curled up, add oyster sauce, cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

11. After mixing evenly, add warm water until it just covers the chicken thighs. (Use warm water to make the meat better)

12. Add bay leaves and cook over medium heat until the soup thickens.

13. Add coconut powder

14. When the chicken thighs have completely absorbed the soup, drizzle some dark soy sauce on them.
