1. Wash the tomatoes and mix the minced meat with soy sauce.

2. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water

3. Remove the tomato skin

4. Dice tomatoes

5. Heat the oil in the pan and add the minced meat

6. Stir-fry the minced meat until fragrant

7. Add diced tomatoes and stir well

8. Add salt and a little sugar and fry for a while

9. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat

10. Cook for a while until the soup is thick.

11. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, and put in the noodles.

12. After the noodles are boiled, add cold water, repeat twice, and turn off the heat when the noodles are boiled again.

13. Put the noodles on a plate, pour the tomato and minced meat on top, mix well and enjoy.
