How to make ham shacha sauce noodles

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. They want to fall asleep as soon as they get home after washing up. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this ham and satay sauce noodles.

1. Prepare all materials

2. Soak the scallops and shrimps in boiling water in advance

3. Pour water into the pot and put the shrimp and scallops into the pot.

4. Boil the water, add oil, put the noodles in the pot and cook, then take them out immediately.

5. Soak in cold boiled water. Make sure to rinse with cold boiled water so that the noodles will not stick together.
