3. Wash the sashimi, put it into a container mixed with flour and starch, stir evenly so that each piece of sashimi is coated with flour and starch, and add appropriate amount of salt and MSG.

4. Put oil in a wok and heat it to 80% hot. Put the mixed sashimi into the wok and fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the wok and put it on a plate.

5. Put oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, pickled ginger, pickled chili peppers and Pixian bean paste into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. After the fish fillets are fragrant, add them to the wok and stir fry for 3 to 5 times.

7. Put the chopped garlic sprouts into the wok and fry until the garlic sprouts are cooked.

8. Add appropriate amount of sugar, salt and MSG into the wok and stir-fry. It’s ready to serve.
