How to make stewed udon noodles (wide noodles) with beans and potatoes

The method of braised udon noodles (wide noodles) with beans and potatoes is convenient and quick. Before serving, squeeze in lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

1. Pick the beans and break them into small pieces, cut the potatoes into strips, and slice the garlic for later use.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add peppercorns and dried chili peppers (cut the dried chili peppers into sections) and fry until fragrant

3. Add the meat slices and fry until half cooked

4. Add beans and some salt and stir fry

5. Cover with tin foil or lid and simmer for about five minutes.

6. At the same time, boil water in another pot, add udon noodles and cook until about 60% cooked (if the noodles you use are not thick enough, you can skip this step)

7. Take out the noodles, rinse with cold water and set aside

8. Remove the tin foil or lid from the bean pot, add potatoes, some salt and two spoons of soy sauce.

9. Then pour the udon noodles into the pot

10. Add a small bowl of boiling water

11. Cover with tin foil or lid and continue to simmer until cooked.

12. Serve in a bowl and eat immediately
