1 How to make a rice cake that people can’t help but love. Before making rice cake, we need to prepare 300 grams of Angel Baizhu rice cake premix, 315-345 grams of water, 50 grams of white sugar, and 8 grams of auxiliary material package. The auxiliary material package comes with Angel Baizhuan rice steamed cake premix, so there is no need to prepare it separately.

2 Mix: Mix the rice cake premix powder with water and stir evenly; there is no need to add sugar or auxiliary material packet at this time, just mix the water and rice cake premix powder! Mix the steamed cake flour and water thoroughly until there are no particles.

3 Fermentation: Cover or seal with plastic wrap and ferment at 30-40℃ for 12-15 hours; 8-9 hours in summer and 12-15 hours in cold weather. You can use clothes or other insulating materials to keep the temperature, and it should be fermented overnight.

4 To judge whether our rice cake is fermented, you can smell it. If it has a strong smell of wine and a layer of bubbles on the surface, it means that the fermentation is successful!

5 Add 50 grams of white sugar and 8 grams of auxiliary material bag into the fermented rice cake batter and stir evenly.

6 Put into the mold: Pour into a suitable container (mold, small porcelain bowl, etc.), be careful not to fill it too full, 80% to 70% full is more appropriate. Otherwise, when the steamed cake blooms, it may overflow.

7 Steaming: Boil water in a pot, then put the steamer on, put the prepared rice cake on it, and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes. It’s ready to be released!

8 Add some wolfberry according to your taste. Black sesame is a good choice. Tastes good and looks beautiful
