How to make braised chicken legs

1. I bought 5 chicken legs and asked the boss to cut them directly.

2. Prepare the dried mushrooms and soak them in hot water until soft.

3. Rinse the chicken legs to remove the fishy smell and slice the mushrooms

4. Heat the pan, pour in a little oil, put in the chicken legs and stir-fry for a while

5. Add mushrooms and stir-fry

6. Then add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and June fresh soy sauce

7. Stir-fry and the color changes

8. Add appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat until the sauce is reduced.

9. It’s almost time to collect the juice

10. Add some coriander and red pepper and serve
