How to make scallion ham and cheese bread

5. Roll the dough into a ball and place it directly into the bread bucket, cover it with a lid and let it ferment for the first time.

6. Ferment until it is twice as large as its original size. If you put your finger dipped in water and it does not shrink, the fermentation is complete. (About 50 minutes)

7. Knead the dough for a few minutes to release air, then divide it into 6 small doughs of about 120g in size, cover with plastic wrap and let relax for 10 minutes.

8. Prepare disposable molds and ham.

9. Use a rolling mill to roll the relaxed dough into a long tongue shape and put a piece of ham in it, as shown in the picture.

10. Roll up from bottom to top, as shown in the picture.

11. After rolling, place the edge facing downwards.

12. Place in a disposable mold.

13. Complete the other five in turn and place them on the baking tray.

14. Put the shaped bread dough into the oven and place a bowl of hot water underneath to maintain the temperature and humidity in the oven. Let it ferment for the second time until it is twice as large as the original size. This process takes about 45 minutes. (When the weather is hot, you don’t need to turn on the fermentation function, just leave it in)

15. Prepare whole egg liquid, shredded cheese, chopped green onion, salad dressing, and ketchup.

16. Take out the fermented baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface.

17. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

18. Squeeze the salad dressing.

19. Squeeze ketchup.

20. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

21. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. (The temperature of each person's oven is different, please make appropriate adjustments according to the temperament of your own oven. If the temperature is too high and the color is good halfway through, you can cover it with tin foil and finish baking.)

22. Take out of the oven and eat when it is slightly cool but not hot.
