3. Pour oil into the pot, add Pixian bean paste, stir-fry over medium-low heat until the oil turns red, then add the spicy slices and stir-fry for a while.

4. Add the diced meat and stir-fry over high heat to remove the moisture from the Pixian bean paste, spicy slices and diced meat.

5. When the oil bubbles in the pan change from large fish-eye bubbles to small and dense ones, the moisture is basically fried away. (Or if the oil in the pan looks clearer than before, that's fine too.)

6. Pour in the fried tofu, add pepper powder and Sichuan pepper powder, and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes. Mix well.

7. It is best to add a little sweet noodle sauce and stir fry well. Add sauce flavor to the meat sauce.

8. Place it in a container until it cools down, then move it to the refrigerator. It can be kept for half a year without going bad.
