How to make vegetarian pumpkin rice

1. Cut the ingredients and place them on a plate. Soak the dried mushrooms in cold water until soft.

2. After the mushrooms are soaked until soft, wash off the sand and cut into thin strips. You can cut more because mushrooms have a very fresh flavor.

3. Rinse the rice once or twice and drain.

4. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, then add the washed rice, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Do not stir-fry for too long. Remove from the pan when the color is even.

5. Place the rice in the rice cooker for later use.

6. Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil, put a piece of sugar, wait until it melts and turns yellow, then add half a spoonful of thirteen spices.

7. First put the mushrooms in and stir-fry for a few times, then put in the vegetables, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt as appropriate and stir-fry. After they are evenly colored, let them absorb the flavors, but do not cook them through.

8. After the seasoning is evenly distributed in color, put it into the rice cooker and spread it evenly on top of the rice.

9. Add water until half of the dish is covered, but do not cover the dish. (I used warm water.)

10. Cover the rice cooker, press the cooking button and wait for the automatic tripping. Do not open the lid immediately. Continue to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes before opening the lid.

11. After simmering for a few minutes, open the pot and the fragrant pumpkin rice is ready.

12. Serve in a bowl, full of color and flavor! The nutritional value is also high! Vegetarian food can also be delicious.
