How to make double-fold dumplings

Many new wives are very troubled by their cooking skills. The double-fold dumpling wrapping method is a dish suitable for novices to learn. It doesn’t require a very complicated method, just a simple stir-fry will do. This dish tastes good whether you eat it with dry rice or porridge. 1. Dumpling wrappers made from pumpkin puree. I have already uploaded the recipe. Please pay attention if you need it.

2. As shown in the figure. Add appropriate amount of fillings on the dumpling skin

4. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half and pinch the middle part tightly.

6. Hold the dumplings in your left hand. Use your right hand to pinch a little bit of the dumpling skin on the left and pinch it towards the middle part on the right.

10. Pinch the other side of the dumpling from right to left.

12. Pinch it for the fourth time. Finally, pinch the edges of the dumplings tightly.

13. The dumplings are folded in half and wrapped.

14. The inside is wrapped using the double-fold dumpling wrapping method.
