Cakes are mostly made with rice, flour, eggs, etc. as the main ingredients. Rice flour cakes include: spongy cakes, such as five-color small round sponge cake, red bean and lard sponge cake, etc.; sticky cakes, such as lard and white sugar rice cake, rose and fruit honey cake, etc.; fermented cakes, such as Lunjiao cake, cotton cake, etc. Flour cakes include thousand-layer oil cake, honey sugar cake, etc. Cakes include plain cakes, fancy cakes, etc. Others include yam cake, water chestnut cake, chestnut cake, peanut cake and other cakes made with fruits, dried fruits, grains, vegetables, etc.

6. Cake

Cake is one of the varieties with a long history in my country. According to the different doughs, they can be divided into: water-based cakes, such as thin cakes, light oil cakes, etc.; yeast-based cakes, such as Huangqiao sesame cakes, wine-fermented cakes, etc.; crispy cakes, such as scallion oil crispy cakes, Su-style moon cakes, etc.; others include fried rice cakes made of rice flour, braised meat pot cakes made of egg noodles, water chestnut cakes, osmanthus millet cakes, etc. made of fruits, vegetables and grains.
