Youxuanbing is a common snack that can be eaten as breakfast. It has such a name because there are spiral-like circles in the middle of the cake. You can also make Youxuanbing at home. Ingredients: 600 grams of flour, salt, onion, diced ham, vegetable oil. Method: 1. First, blanch the noodles with boiling water (I used about 600 grams of flour and added appropriate amount of salt). The noodles are basically cooked through. Knead the noodles into dough for later use. 2. The next step is to prepare some chopped green onions. I also added some diced ham, about a bowl for later use. 3. Then knead the dough and divide it into three pieces. Roll the dough into thin sheets, add a little vegetable oil on the surface, spread it evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion and diced ham, spread it evenly, start rolling the dough from one side, roll it into a long roll, rotate it into multiple layers and flatten it, continue rolling it into a sheet about the size of the plate. 4. Finally, use a frying pan brushed with a layer of vegetable oil to start cooking the cheese cakes. The heat must be low so that the cheese will not get burnt easily. Turn the cheese over from time to time and use the spoon to lift the cheese when necessary. It will be cooked through in about 6 minutes and can be served on a plate.

Method 2

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup boiling water, 1 egg, 6 tablespoons chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon lard, 1 teaspoon salt

Method: 1.) Pour boiling water into the flour and stir lightly with chopsticks, then add the egg and mix well. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. 2.) Divide the dough into 6 pieces, flatten each piece, and roll it into thin round slices with a rolling pin. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of green onions, a little sesame oil, lard and salt. Then fold both sides inwards and flatten them with your hands. Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a round dough about 0.5 cm thick. 3.) Use a frying pan, add a tablespoon of oil, then put the dough in and fry it slowly until cooked.
