Salt and pepper garlic shrimp recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients. Use fresh shrimps (I didn’t buy shrimps, so I used screw shrimps instead).

2. Use scissors to cut off the shrimp's whiskers and legs, then cut a hole on the shrimp's back and use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread.

3. Wash the cut shrimps in clean water.

4. Wash and drain the water for later use.

5. Cut the ginger into shreds, cut the green onions into small pieces, and cut the red and green peppers into small cubes.

6. Use a garlic press to mash the garlic into minced garlic and set aside.

7. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and wait until the oil temperature reaches 50 degrees.

8. Pour the shrimp into the pan and stir-fry.

9. Stir-fry until the shrimp shells are crispy and set aside.

10. Pour the minced garlic, shredded ginger and green onion into the oil used to fry the shrimp.

11. Use a wooden spatula to stir-fry until fragrant.

12. Then pour in the diced green and red peppers.

13. Stir-fry with the shrimps.

14. At this time, add appropriate amount of pepper and salt powder.

15. And appropriate amount of salt.

16. Stir-fry evenly with a wooden spatula and serve.

17. Serve on a plate and a delicious salt and pepper garlic shrimp is ready.
