How to turn the screw

It may be okay to eat casually when you are single, but if you have a family, especially if you have children, you must not neglect their diet. No matter how busy you are, you should make sure your children get enough nutrition. In fact, it is very easy to make Screw-Turning, and what is commendable is that it is also very nutritious.

1. Weigh the flour and place it on a silicone chopping board, dig a small hole in the middle;

2. Weigh warm water and add a pinch of baking soda;

3. Slowly pour the soda water into the flour pit, stir and knead the flour with a spatula to make it free of dry powder;

4. Arrange the dough with your hands. When it is soft and delicate, cover it with film and let it rest for 20 minutes.

5. During this time, put sesame paste, salt and pepper powder in a bowl, add appropriate amount of peanut oil to make a paste;

6. Prepare the sesame paste. My sesame paste is thinner, so I only added a little peanut oil;

7. Divide the relaxed dough into eight equal portions;

8. Take one portion as an example, and roll it into thin slices that are wide at the top and narrow at the bottom;

9. Apply a layer of sesame paste evenly;

10. Roll from the thin end downwards, stretching as you roll, flatten after rolling, and quickly cut in half with a knife;

11. Place the cut ends of the two halves in the same direction and stack them up; press the side without layers with your hands, and the other side will have clearer layers; when it is done, stretch the dough, with the layered side facing up, and wrap it around your thumb; bring the tail to the bottom and press it with your hands to shape it;

12. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. When the layers are formed and the aroma is overflowing, it is ready to be taken out of the oven!

The method of making screw turns is simple, easy to learn, and takes a short time. Just take a break and the delicious dish will be ready.
