2. Mix the all-purpose flour and corn flour evenly, and add yeast water while stirring. Start kneading the dough. Be sure to knead it until smooth, about ten minutes. Seal well and ferment until it doubles in size

3. Poke a hole with your finger. If it doesn’t collapse or shrink, it’s fermented.

4. Divide into 80 grams each, knead again until smooth, shape into long cylinders, close the top downwards, and put into the steamer

5. After proofing for 20 minutes, steam over high heat for 20 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes.
