If it can be easily broken, it means it is cooked.)

7. Pour in the mushrooms, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce and a little sugar and stir well. (Add salt according to taste)

8. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then sprinkle with chopped green onions when serving. (The juice must be dried up, this dish will be more fragrant)
