How to make Beijing-style shredded pork pancake wrap

2. Cut the meat into shreds, add shredded ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, egg white, and water starch, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes

4. Roll the small dough into a thin pancake and brush it with oil, then place it on a plate.

5. Place the rolled pancakes on the plate one by one. When brushing with oil, brush every corner of the pancake to prevent sticking. Put a damp cloth on the pancake plate and steam it in a steamer with boiling water for about 10 minutes.

6. Add cooking oil to the wok, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until 80% cooked.

7. Add sweet bean sauce to the pan and stir well. Pour in a certain amount of soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry. Taste to adjust the saltiness and sweetness, and fry until the moisture is slightly dried.

8. Pour the shredded pork into the fragrant sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry quickly over high heat until the sauce evenly coats the shredded pork and remove from the pan.

9. Cut the scallion into thin strips, arrange the shredded pork and scallion and place them on a plate
