What skills do you need to master in order to make a dish of fried meat noodles with good taste, great color and fast preparation? Don’t be afraid. In fact, the recipe of fried pork noodles is very simple. Don’t add too many seasonings. Just keep the original flavor of the food. You can add coriander and chopped green onions at the end, and the taste will be even better.

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into small pieces, wash the celery and cut into small pieces, remove the white core of the pepper, wash and cut into small pieces, cut the onion into small pieces, wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces, pick the soaked fungus into small pieces by hand, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and mince the ginger and garlic for later use.

2. Put the noodles into boiling water and cook until there is no white core in the noodles. Remove from the water and drain for later use.

3. Pour oil into the pan and heat over high heat. When the oil is 70% hot, add the beef slices and stir-fry until the beef changes color.

4. Cut the beef into thin slices, add salt, cornstarch and soy sauce and marinate for 5 minutes.

5. Pour a little more oil into the pot, heat it up, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add onion, celery, cabbage, tomato, fungus, garlic sprouts, and stir-fry until the vegetables are soft and the tomato juice comes out.

6. Add tomato sauce, pour in 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water and stir well.

7. Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, stir-fry for half a minute, then add the fried beef slices, hot pepper slices, noodles, and finally pour in rice vinegar, stir well and serve

8. Mix well.

Noodles with oil and meat is an appetizing dish. When you have a poor appetite, you can make such a delicacy to reward your stomach and mouth.
