How to make Christmas bow cake

1. Add 30g of powdered sugar to 1215 egg yolks.

2. Brush the 212 mold with melted butter (not included in the amount) and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

5. Add 60 grams of melted butter and beat with a whisk at low speed until evenly mixed.

6. Take another large bowl, add a few drops of lemon juice to 5 egg whites, beat at low speed until coarse bubbles appear, then add 70 grams of powdered sugar in three times and beat at high speed until 90% done.

7. Take one third of the whipped egg whites, add them to the egg yolk paste and mix well.

8. Pour all the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg white paste, and mix evenly in irregular directions.

9. Pour the mixed batter into the mold, until big bubbles appear, preheat the oven to 175 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, for 22-25 minutes, cover with tin foil after coloring.

10. After taking out of the oven, turn it upside down to remove from the mold and let it cool until completely cooled.

11. While the cake is drying, add 20 grams of egg whites to 150 grams of powdered sugar and 2t of lemon juice.

12. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

13. Take out about 40 grams of white meringue and put it into the sauce squeezer. Then add the remaining meringue and bright red pigment and beat evenly.

14. Put it into piping bag.

15.Pipe white frosting on the edge of the bow on the surface of the cake.

16. Squeeze red icing sugar into the bow, make two pleats in the middle, and finally embellish it with silver sugar beads.
