How to make fresh fruit double layer jelly

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. Fresh fruit double-layer jelly is a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is also a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Cut the mango into pieces in advance and freeze them (fresh mangoes are also OK). Using frozen mangoes can make the first layer of jelly solidify in a very short time.

2. First of all, I would like to point out that because the formula of the purchased gelatin powder may be different, I add water according to the formula of the gelatin powder I bought. Please read the instructions and adjust the amount of warm water according to the tips in the gelatin powder you purchased. Dissolve 5 grams of gelatin powder in 300cc (250cc if you like harder jelly) of 60-degree warm water, stir until the powder disappears, and let the warm water return to room temperature for a while.

3. I am making three portions today, so I prepared three transparent containers for each person. Pour 50cc of water with gelatin powder into each container, then put 3 small pieces of frozen mango into each container, and move them to the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

4. Use these 5 minutes to cut the strawberries. I used 7 strawberries today. Cut 5 of them into halves.

5. Cut two into small cubes and sprinkle them on the jelly.

6. Take it out after 5 minutes and check whether it has solidified. If it has solidified, put the cut strawberries on it. Put three petals of strawberries in the cup container and 4 petals in the container with a larger mouth, as shown in the picture

7. Pour the remaining gelatin powder liquid evenly into 3 containers

8. This is what it looks like from the side. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.

9. Finally, sprinkle the cut strawberries into small cubes on the top of the jelly and it’s done. Because I don't like white sugar, I didn't add any sweetness. The fruit itself is sweet. Please add a little honey when eating, or add a spoonful of brown sugar and water to cook until it becomes sticky. It is also very delicious to eat it after it cools down.

When cooking the fresh fruit double-layer jelly, pay attention to the seasoning. After adding soy sauce, do not add too much salt, otherwise it will affect the taste.
